You can return your order 30 days after you receive your item; this includes weekends. Item must be in original condition, unworn and undamaged. All original paperwork such as certificate, appraisal and gift box must be included. Customer is responsible to pay for shipping fees returning the item back to our studio. We recommend asking the shipping carriers to add insurance in case your package is lost in transit. Upon receiving and inspecting the item we will issue a full refund. Please follow return instructions inside your package when you receive the item. If the item does not pass inspection and we notice it has been worn or damaged, we will fix the item and ship the package back to you, since your item can no longer be returned because of damages but still falls under warranty.

Custom Made Orders Are Final Sale
During the custom phase process you collaborate one on one with one of our experienced jewelry artists to custom design your engagement ring from scratch in a 3D computer model. You can make as many changes you like and approve the final design before we start handcrafting your piece. Full payment is required before a custom project can begin, but free consultation and education is provided. Custom made jewelry sales are final and cannot be returned under any circumstance. The lifetime warranty also applies to custom design orders.
