Limited Lifetime Warranty
At ISANORA we offer a limited lifetime warranty to all our clients. Clients must pay for all related shipping fees both ways, but we will cover the cost of replacing and setting accent diamonds if they go missing as well as labor costs. Center and side diamonds are not covered in this warranty and customer must pay an additional fee to replace the center and side diamonds. This is a very simple limited warranty policy since we have confidence in our craftsmanship. But in order to provide peace of mind to our clients, we offer this service to establish a lifetime relationship with our clients.
